How we work

A clear path
from first call to running system.

We start with the business problem, agree what a useful result looks like, and assemble the right people to deliver it. Here is what that looks like, week by week.

The engagement

  1. Week 1

    Assess

A call about the problem, a look at your tools and data, and a short written assessment: what we recommend, what it involves, what it is likely to cost.

  2. Week 1–2

    Define

Scope, deliverables, success measures and responsibilities on one page. You know what you get, by when, and how we will measure it.

  3. Weeks 2+

    Deliver

Build, implement or coordinate, with agreed checkpoints. You follow progress live in Faramont OS and review each deliverable before it counts as done.

  4. After launch

    Improve

A review of results against the baseline, then a decision together: maintain, change or build the next piece.

Three ways to deliver

Build, implement
or coordinate.

Not every problem needs custom software. We choose the approach that fits and stay responsible for the result either way.

01 / Build

Custom software where standard tools fall short

Focused applications, automations and integrations, documented and tested, with source code and admin access handed to you.

02 / Implement

Proven platforms, properly connected

We configure tools you already pay for, such as your CRM, Microsoft 365 or an automation platform, and make them work as one process.

03 / Coordinate

Vetted specialists, one accountable lead

When a project needs deeper expertise, we bring in specialists we have worked with and remain accountable for scope, quality and handover.

During the project

You see what we see.
Every day, in Faramont OS.

Your project runs on a board in Faramont OS. Cards move from intake to done, hand‑offs between specialists are visible, and every agent action is logged. No status meetings to find out where things stand.

  • Live boards and hand‑offs
  • Deliverables reviewed before they count
  • Files, notes and decisions in one place
  • The workspace stays yours afterwards

Practical AI and automation

Useful work.
Clear controls.

We use AI where it helps research, draft, classify or find information. Reliable workflows also need the right data, human review and a way to handle exceptions.

Start with a defined task

Agree the inputs, the expected output and the owner. Choose a small process with a result you can check.

Keep people in control

Set access rules and approval points. Uncertain answers and failed steps go to a person, never silently through.

Test before expanding

Compare the pilot with your current process on agreed examples, quality checks and running costs. Then scale what works.

Specialist delivery

Vetted specialists.
One accountable team.

Some projects need expertise beyond our core team.

We bring in vetted specialists for that work and agree up front who delivers, who approves and what Faramont is accountable for. Access, handovers and ongoing support are part of the plan.

  • Specialists selected for relevant, proven work
  • Roles, responsibilities and dependencies agreed in advance
  • Progress reviewed against defined deliverables
